Campaigns

The main module for running email campaigns, tracking delivery, and monitoring sending in real time.

Dashboard is the monitoring center of your mailing campaign. All key information about the current sending session is displayed here.

Real-time charts — visualization of delivered and failed emails with auto-refresh
Sending speed — current speed (emails/min), average speed per session
SMTP Limits — display of remaining limits for each connected SMTP server
Session log — log of each sent email with status (delivered, error, rejected)
Tip: Monitor the error rate in real time. If it exceeds 15%, you should check the validity of the recipient database or change the SMTP.

Section for configuring and running email sending. Here you configure all parameters of the mailing campaign.

Key Parameters:

Sender Name - name that the recipient will see (optional, can be left from SMTP)
Sender Email - address from which the email is sent, lowers the percentage of hitting inbox (optional)
Template Selection — select one or more templates for rotation during sending, rotated from your templates created in the "Templates" tab, can increase the inbox delivery rate
Delay Interval — pause between emails (in seconds) to bypass limits, jitter support
Threads — number of parallel sending threads for speedup

Advanced Functions:

DKIM Signature — automatic signature generation to increase inbox rate (optional, if supported and pre-configured on your side)
API Integration — import data from parser files (.json), automatic replacement of name, domain, and other parameters.
Random subject string — unique hash to prevent email thread grouping by providers (optional)
Tip: Start with 1-2 threads and a delay of 2-3 seconds. Gradually increase speed while monitoring the delivery rate.
Important: Before running a campaign, always verify SMTP through "SMTP Checker" and check the database through "Validator" (Validator only works with @gmail.com addresses!).

Frequent questions

Go to the "Send" section, create a new mailing and fill in the parameters:

  • Sender Name - displayed to the recipient (optional)
  • Sender Email - can be set manually or used from SMTP, mostly used if you send from server
  • Templates - select prepared templates
  • Delay - interval between emails (seconds)
  • Threads - number of parallel threads for speedup

If a DKIM signature is configured for SMTP, it is applied automatically.

Adds a unique hash to the end of each email subject. Prevents thread grouping by providers (Gmail, Yahoo) and increases deliverability to Inbox.

HTML — responsive emails with images, buttons, and styles.

Plain Text — simple text. For some providers, it has a higher priority for passing spam filters.

Click "Variables" on the right of the subject — a modal window will open. Clicking a macro will instantly copy it to the clipboard.

Two ways:

  • "Check all" (SMTP section) — fast connection check
  • "SMTP Checker" — deep check: authorization + test email + blacklists

Some SMTP servers only accept connections from specific IPs. Proxies also protect your main IP from being blocked.

In the AI section, add the provider API key (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.), create a prompt with instructions, and connect it to the campaign. Each email will be rewritten automatically.

Syntax for variability: {Hello|Hi|Good day}. The generator automatically selects a random option during sending.

In the "Appearance" section: preset themes, custom colors, panel blur, corner rounding, and RGB mode.

Sections "Logs" and "Dashboard" — filtering, clearing, real-time updates.
